The Christmas Porcelain

My grandma died many years ago but she was a very special part of the family. She lived in NJ and we lived in PA so visits were special and she came for Christmas yearly. A few years ago, we were sitting down to a family Christmas dinner. The China cabinet had been all specially decorated for Christmas so everything was caringly placed. I went to turn the light on in the cabinet, looked in to see the twinkle, and saw that a porcelain figurine she had given us was turned completely around, facing the back of the cabinet. It was startling so I called everyone in to see it. We turned it back around and felt happy that she was letting us know she was there with us. 🥰
